Before the wedding

We are a few days away from the big day and this information is super important so that we can all have a better logistics of the events and the wedding day in general. Please try not to omit anything as each of your answers will help me guide and have better dynamic with everybody that day.

What are the 3 most important things you want to remember from your wedding day?

What is the full schedule/itinerary of the day? The more detailed, the better for me! Or if you have it laid out in another doc feel free to email that over to me!

Please include all of the addresses + locations I need to know of.

Times of photography coverage? (ex : 11am-9pm, 2pm-8pm, etc, remember to think about how many hours you got)

How many guests do you expect?

How long do you expect your ceremony to last?

For your ceremony, is it okay for me to walk through the aisle and up front to get better shots?

If you’re working with a wedding planner, please give me their contact info below! If not, include the mother of the bride and groom’s contact info instead.

Who are your principal vendor? Dress, Shoes, Hair & Makeup Artist, Flowers, Decoration, Dj or Music band (You can add their instagram accounts).

Are there any family situations I should be aware of for family photos? (divorces, tensions, etc?)

What drew you two to my style?

Besides group photos that are give ins (different bridal party combinations, family combinations, etc) are there any specific people not in your bridal party you’d like photos with that I wouldn’t be obviously aware of? An example would be a photo with an aunt that basically raised you, or a group of old friends from college, etc? I know all the basics though so you don’t need to write up all the group photos you want, I’ve shot many weddings so I already know what most people want!

What 5-10 people (besides you guys) would you like me to focus a little extra attention on? I want to be sure I’m not ignoring a close, shy brother & photographing the extroverted random cousin that got an invite! If you’d like to email me a family photo or photos of the people you’d like me to focus a little more on, that would be awesome!
